Privacy Policy

Recallendar · Last updated October 19, 2026

Recallendar is a reminder app for recurring tasks. It is built so that your data stays with you: the developer does not run a server, and never receives, stores or sees your tasks or any other personal information.

Where your tasks are stored

On iPhone, and on the web when you choose “Continue with iCloud”, your tasks and their completion history are stored in the private database of your own iCloud account, using Apple’s CloudKit service. Only you can access that data. Apple’s handling of it is covered by Apple’s privacy policy. You can delete it at any time by deleting the tasks in the app, or in your device’s iCloud settings.

If you choose “Use on this browser only” on the web, your tasks are stored in that browser’s local storage and never leave your device.

The iPhone app also keeps a copy of your tasks on the device so it can show them while offline.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no accounts of its own, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs that collect data. Signing in uses your Apple ID through Apple; the app does not receive your password or email address.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are bought through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never receive your payment details, name or email address. The iPhone app saves your subscription status (the plan and when it renews or ends) in your own iCloud account, so the web app can unlock for you too. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes
